Can I specify a delivery time?
Our low cost courier service can only commit to delivery between 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. However, if a parcel is delivered to your address while you're not there, they will leave a card with contact details. The Courier then sends the parcel out from the depot on a day requested by the customer to ensure that they are available to sign for the goods.

Estimated Time of Arrival - ETA?
We use a next day carrier and usually deliver all orders within 48 hours, if any item is out of stock we will notify you and ask you if you would like to wait for this item.

How secure are my credit card details when ordering online?
Suresafe is committed to providing you with a secure online shopping experience. We are always striving to keep up to date with the latest technology and security protocols. You will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window when the browser is in secure mode and your address bar will change from http to https (this is how you know you are on a secure page). You can check our site is verified with Paypal by clicking the Paypal logo and logging into Paypal.

I have seen a product in your catalogue but not on your web site. What is the situation with this product?
The product may be temporarily out of stock or not currently listed for some other reason - we may be awaiting the arrival of the product from our supplier for example. You could try using our search option, which is available on every page of the site. This will search, for the specific product you require. What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

What if the footwear I ordered doesn't fit me?

What payment methods do you have?
We accept Paypal, Google Checkout, Switch, Delta, Visa, Solo and Mastercard, cheque or even cash (you'll need to visit our shop to pay cash).

What happens if I order a Christmas present and need to return it?
Allowances are made over the holiday period for returns, this will be extended to the second week in January.
