Pulsar Unisex Waterproof Overtrousers

The RCT803 overtrousers are lightweight, highly waterproof, and breathable, designed to deliver dependable wet weather protection over existing workwear while maintaining visibility in heavy rain. Featuring a unisex fit and constructed from 80% recycled polyester outer fabric, they support durability with a more responsible material choice. Protection against severe downpours is assured by a 20,000mm hydrostatic head rating, while a 21,000 g/m² breathability rating helps manage perspiration during physically demanding tasks. Moisture management is further enhanced with a RET (water vapour resistance) of 6.16, rising to 8.3 when combined with the liner, delivering excellent breathability performance. The trousers are finished with taped seams throughout to prevent water ingress and treated with a bluesign® C0 DWR finish for effective water repellency without added fluorocarbons. Visibility is improved through 5cm reflective tape, with one band at the thigh and two bands at the lower leg. Comfort and practicality are built in via an elasticated waistband with tie drawcord, waterproof hip zips for direct access to pockets underneath, and cargo thigh pockets with press-stud closure. For durability in high-wear areas, dark grey polyester oxford fabric panels reinforce the knees and hems. Waterproof hem zips with an expanding gusset allow quick and easy changes over footwear, making these overtrousers ideal for prolonged outdoor work in wet conditions.
