The Sonis® 3 Adjustable Ear Defenders are JSP’s highest-attenuation model, offering a market-leading SNR of 37dB for use in extremely high-noise environments such as quarrying, aircraft maintenance, heavy engineering, and paper mills. Developed in collaboration with a leading UK acoustic research facility, these ear defenders combine exceptional performance with comfort-driven design.
The over-moulded TPE headband features a built-in ventilated comfort zone, while the tilt-adjustable steel arms ensure an even pressure distribution and a secure, customised fit. The large red cups provide high attenuation for noise levels between 112–117 dB, and follow a traffic light colour-coding system for easy identification of protection level.
Designed for hygiene and longevity, the Sonis® 3 features easy-clean materials, replaceable sealing rings, and optional hygiene kits. For added safety in low-light conditions, high-visibility cups and a reflective headband are also available.
